We visited several stores for comparison of price, model and gift offers before we finalised on the product, model and colour. The New year gift offers at Girias, Bangalore were really attractive.
Of course, when we visited the Rajajinagar branch there was no salesman to attend to, the particular colour we wanted was unavailable and they were not helping to get us the one that we wanted also. We then took a chance to look into the Brigade Road branch where the salesman was courteous, helped us out and told he would send us the particular model after fetching it in 3-4 days.
We purchased a Samsung 250 L refrigerator and paid only a token advance, got the free bull’s eye gift, a beauty parlour voucher, discounted price and buyback of our old refrigerator. The product was delivered home, though 2 days delayed, in perfect order, the free Provogue handbag that was on offer with the fridge was also promptly delivered and the balance amount was taken on delivery of the item.
A clean, perfect transaction, contrary to the reviews I had read about Girias about the follow-up requirement, noncourteousness, etc. But, go for the branch mentioned.
