GIRIAS - Domulur, Bangalore. I have been staying in Bangalore since 2003 and have observed change in terms of attitude of the retail stores and how they do their busines specially when they grow. I have got almost all the electronic products( except laptop) from GIRIAS Domulur. I am just amazed to see that the way they do their business putting customer as their top priority.
I have been to many other retails outlets( Croma, Ezone, Pai etc.) but my experience with GIRIAS in Domulur has been great and I always walkout as a happy customer. They are great in providing the best prices and don’t go aver board in terms of attitude shown by the other retailers during the price negotiation. They handle the customers with smile and understand the needs of the customers and the same time give space to the customers when they enter the store.
I will continue to be their loyal customer and that’s why wanted to share my experience on this forum.
