Hi recently purchased a Samsung LED from Girias, the reason I choose GIRIAS due to the price was very competitive than other dealers in city. so choose the girias, in store explanation of product was great, the executive Mr. Sudheer helped me to choose the product and he also told that they will do a free delivery of the product to my home which is hardly 5kms from their store.
Also informed me that demo and installation will be done with in two working days. now the 11th day is over and I have made number of calls to Sudheer and Girias store manager, am getting only one answer that they are sending sending sending but till today non of the visit for the demo and installation at my place. I kept my TV on table just like that. I never ever visit girias and won’t suggest anyone to go girias. price is good but service is bad.
