Yesterday I went to Girias Near Palace grounds (Sadashivnagar) to purchase IFB Sanorita washing machine. I agreed to the offered price and paid 15000 in cash and the rest of 12000 amount I will be paying upon the delivery and they agreed to that.
So today when I received the washing machine guess what it came in without any company sealed pack. Upon asking for the same their managers were defending themselves that company provides like without seal. So then I called up IFB customer call and got ensured that they will deliver the washing machine in a sealed pack.
Then I called up again Girias manager and informed him about it. And finally asked them to take their product back and return my money as I wasn’t satisfied with the packing.
The strange thing is that the washing machine wait is around 80-90kgs and only one autowala came to deliver that, so I had to help him to lift it and take it to my home which is in 1st floor. while doing this he was dragging the machine like anything...
So in my opinion don’t go for Girias at all.
