I went to Girias showroom on 21.01.15 in kuvempungr brnch, mysore to enquire 1Ton ac.Initially I plan for loan and decide to purchase by cash in one shot. Evening at 06.45 pm I called the showroom by phone and request a lady who receive the call to give phone to cashier.
But the lady denied to give the phone to cashier and her response over the phone was very bad. Then I gave my cell no. to her and asked to call me back. But I didn’t get the call, then I went to Big Bazaar and purchase Ac on cash basis.
I just request the mgmnt. of Girias to teach the proper communication behavior to their staff and skill to behave properly with genuine customer.Thanking You.
