*Horrible service.
This Diwali, we went to Girias Domlur to buy a fridge. After looking around much we finally got a person - Dayananda - to service us. Apart from the fridge requirements, we had a particular requirement of one old fridge being moved to another location and the exchange fridge being picked up by them. Despite giving written instructions and confirming the same over phone with Horrible service. This Diwali, we went to Girias Domlur to buy a fridge.
After looking around much we finally got a person - Dayananda - to service us. Apart from the fridge requirements, we had a particular requirement of one old fridge being moved to another location and the exchange fridge being picked up by them. Despite giving written instructions and confirming the same over phone with Dayananda & one Seena, multiple times on the day prior to and the day of delivery, when the delivery van landed at our doorstep, they refused to transfer the old fridge. They said that they were contracted and were given no instructions to transfer the fridge. **When we spoke to Girias, and asked for the manager, Dayananda came on line and was particularly uncouth in his language.
I would urge people to desist from buying from a shop where the managers hide behind such uncouth people when it comes to honoring commitments.
