In my opinion also giriraj developers, navi mumbai is not an appropriate form of building agency in mumbai. Many non satisfactory issues originated that is why my father no longer has any trust on this agency.
They build a flat for us in contract in mumbai only and the construction is not appropriate. Customer service is poor or next to zero. They promised about the right ang good quality material but as the flat was seemed it was not good and also the interior structure was also not good looking.
We had many hopes with this flat but in the end all of our hope went reuined as we do not like the flat at all. Due to the unsatisfactory result the cost which was used is also seemed to be expensive. Only one thing was good in them was the staff attitude due to which they were able to grasp the customer.
Overall it was sincerily a bad experience. And all our mony went wasted.
