Most nonsense company ,


I gave them a limited edition earring for re plating in November. They didn’t give me any details of its whereabouts for last 2 months and now today they informed that the jewellery is damaged in transit by the courier partner. They have discarded it without my permission or even didn’t care to intimate me about the same. They had the audacity to transfer an amount to my wallet.


That jewellery was a gift for a special occasion and that design has been discontinued by Giva.


The most frustrating thing about this is that I have been in constant touch with them for last 2 months. They didn’t even care to check with their ware house whether the item was received or not.


The executives have no answer to our questions no solution to our problem. When asked to transfer the amount to our account, they told us that we have to use the giva cash to buy something other thing with this amount. As they complaint should have been launched within a month of the problem. Fun part....I was actually getting repeatedly assured that I will receive it as it is still in transit.


That means within a month raising a complaint was practically impossible.


I am so annoyed with the quality of customer service from Giva that I will never buy anything from them.
