I purchased Sony mobile in Croma and they suggested to take insurance for this mobile at that time sales guys told not much documents needed and we will claim for anything damage, lost and we took insurance.
After 15 days some body stole my mobile in a hospital. I immediately informed to gizmo and sent all the required documents. after 22 days they rejected my claim saying you lost your mobile and its not stolen. I am not getting why we took insurance there is no point at all some body stolen from hospital room in the night for them its not looks like theft then why they mentioned in case of lost or damage insurance will claim. this was not at all fair and these ridiculous people are just making tax free money by making peoples are fools.
For genuine cases also they are not claiming we are going to take legal action on these company we wont leave these waste peoples.
Don’t go to any mobile insurance companies especially Gizmo.
