I am surprised to see 2 negative reviews. I had an iPhone 6 bought from malad croma in may for 53, 500 Rs. Bought gizmo insurance for 2499. within 10 days, my phone’s screen broke when I was walking on the street in juhu and someone pushed me. went home and called gizmo’s number straight away and I was instructed by them to send my phone’s images and other documents to them.
after sending on mail and hard copy, got confirmation from them on mail that my claim has been approved and I can go ahead to the service center for my replacement. my phone got replaced from apple store within 3-4 days and my money got credited by the insurance company in the coming 15-20 days(though there was a delay due to technical issues in New india assurance office) but still I got my money as promised:)
