I have been at the receiving end of GKB opticals’ pathetic service. I purchased an oakley frame and glasses , costing Rs 26 K. The purchase was made their your linking road outlet on Dec 19th. I made the purchase after checking a few other places out. Importantly the salesperson and GKB’s store manager guaranteed that they will deliver the fully made glassed by monday 24th Dec. On 22nd Dec, I got a call from their linking road store manager saying wrong glasses have been cut and hence the glassed will be delayed by Wednesday.
Today when I call up I am told the glasses will come tomorrow. I believe if this is the kind of lies, GKB have build up their organisation on, then very soon they will not survive. I will talk about this to at least 10 other people and they will talk to 10 more and so on. The complete lack of honesty and reliability at GKB opticals’ end is actually shameful. GKB should be ashamed of themselves for cheating customers like this. I will not rest. I will take this forward on all social media and take legal course for this total failure to delivery on time.
We are talking about spectacles here for the purposes of correcting eyes and proper vision. I am not talking about delay in delivery of furniture. I think you guys are in the wrong business completely. Shame on you.
