I have placed an order #100007532 for eyeglasses in https://gkboptical.com. To my surprise, the size that what mentioned in the site and that has been delivered were incorrect.Later I got a response saying that the size mentioned in the website is incorrect and maintenance is going on.Now my trouble started.I running like Olympic racer(Bolt) to get it replaced.Its more than 10 days, but not proper response.
They want co-operation from customer.They don’t have reverse pick-up option for any wrong product delivered.We need to visit the near by GKB store in your city, if it is available to surrender the wrong product.They don’t have return option like we find in other optical online store.
My sincere feedback is never purchase any product from these people.
