The online order was something I was looking forward to and I was utterly disappointed by the experience I got. The due date for delivery was when I went to collect my order but I was told the order is not ready! Whats more is that I also received a SMS from the store confirming that my order is ready and only after that did I go to collect it. I’m sure this communication gap needs to be looked into and better customer service is needed by this brand that many trust.
The order was later delivered to my residence without charging anything but the fact of the matter still remains that the order was not ready and the SMS was sent to come and collect it! I think I would have to consider other options if this is how it stays. Else they need to find a solution to fix this concern pretty soon..
