We visited Indiranagar branch for having family photo. The experience is bad and quality of service is very poor. We are totally disappointed with the service.
When enquired about the price of the package one day before, it is Rs:1600. Next day, when we reached there, it is Rs:2500 stating that rates are revised from that day. It means they even don’t know the rates of packages in advance!!!
Waited for one and half hours to get our turn!
After getting in, we got pissed off with the conditions they put:
1) Want to change the dress in between, we have to pay Rs:500 extra for dress change.
2) All the snap would be taken with all the members together and snaps cannot be allocated between the people. If you want few of the snaps to be taken for any individual or group, you have to go for another package.
What a stupid rules? These rules are not told to us before paying the bill.
After receiving the prints, we completely disappointed. Not even a single print had the good expression of our kid. They have not captured at all. What a poor quality of service? They even don’t know the purpose of having these family photos.
Just for 6 third quality snaps and one photo frame, we paid Rs:2500. It’s not even worth of Rs:500.
I have not seen any professional ism in the service. It’s waste of money going there.
