Service people at this studio or not customtakeouter friendly and worst than govt employees. And no value for money. Better try some local studio and they are far better than these guys. Incident at BTM GK Vale studio.
I visited the shop at 7:45 pm and asked for a re-print and provided the serial no of the photo. The guy put his head under the table and acted as if he is searching for some thing till 8:00 pm and he told me the they will not take any order after 8:00 pm and ask me to visit the next day.
During the same time another customtakeouter visited the shop and asked for "Japan Visa Photo"... the manager told him that it will take min 30 mins to process the photo. So he can collect the print the next day.
And told him to collect @ 11:00 am even though the shop opens at 10:00.. when he asked why and he need it urgently, they don’t even bother to answer that customtakeouter.
