I am using glassdoor from quite a while now and so far glassdoor is one stop for all your job related needs. Below is my detailed review of glassdoor.
Information depth: Glassdoor have a huge database of companies reviews, slaray trends, interviews etc. any individual can contribute on glassdoor and there identity will always keep confidential, so that the companies could not interfare in it.
Content: You can find genuine reviews from the past and current employes, there interview experience which will definately help you in your job decision. You can also apply to jobs directly from the glassdoor website or mobile application and there is an option to upload your resume as well.
User Friendly: The user interface is one of the simplest I have ever seen. They are updating it frequently to keep the content reading intresting and indulging.
Time to load: As there is a lot of content to load so the website and application take some time to load but once fully load up the navigation is seemless.
Service and Support: You will get notification for the new jobs on your saved search query a well as notifications about the companies you are following. All the reviews about the companies written by anonymous persons are moderated by glassdoor before posting on there website. So you can ensure the authenticity of the content on glassdoor.
