I got job after a long struggle. During this struggle, glassdoor was my perfect guide. Whenever I used to go for interview, I used to check company reviews, interview questions & employee experience on glassdoor. Which helped me in selecting correct company for me.
It is also a smart website. I started using Glassdoor. After Somedays when I searched for a comp any to view employee experience, I read 1 review, after which all reviews were blocked, it said, to unlock share your experience. As I am a fresher and haven’t worked anywhere and was on job search, I selected that and they were unlocked. This is a good strategy as they can get reviews from those who are experienced.
Site is well designed. Its easy to use. Less advertisements. I found only 1 on homepage. But it takes time to load.
It has almost all well known companies listed. And whatever I read, helped me, which meant reviews are true. Thus, a great place to visit before interview which will give you immense confidence.
