I had a complaint about long pending gratifications which I won in one of Horlicks Nutribic Facebook contest in 2014. GSK India was not responding to my reminders. Then I posted my complaint on GSK Official Facebook page and your team member Seb had promised to forward this complaint to the concerned department but even he is not replying now. Kindly instruct the concerned department to despatch Rs.50, 000 worth of Amazon and Flipkart vouchers as an overcompensation for this careless, irresponsible, unprofessional, high-handed, arrogant and fraudulent attitude of GSK India officials resulting in this unnecessary delay from your side. For this I will be grateful to you.
