First they tell like this is a central government undertaken company that you will get high salary which you won’t get in any other companies which have fast increment of thousands in each month depending on your performance.
The job they tell is Quality checking of organic cosmetics, which is a full office work; The provide accommodation food & hospital facility. The thing you should do is to join company by paying 17000 (food+rent+medical facility) as one time payment, after that money will come to you with out any hard work.
In reality they providing worst food, a room which filled with 25 -30 people ( more like a cattle shed) , and say new room is on the way we are searching for the room as it is difficult to get a room for bachelors (actually they wont find a room for you).
After joining you will have training classes mostly its a mental programming that kills your thinking ability and make you think of getting money through it and live a rich life. For that they recruiting people with 18 to 25 age that they don’t know how to make money in that age. They think its a good way and put their head on this rail.
After the training you forced to add more peoples under you that will get you to next level and thus the salary you get will increase. Normally they are brainwashed and pull others to drawn others with him for money.
If someone understand the way company works , and they need to leave... They can’t because they put their money in it, so they wait for one or 2 months. In that time the intention of someone added you is get satisfied and they get promotion.
In fact they stealing your money even it is you are taken as loan on your mothers ornaments (most of them reached there like that, so they can’t come home without money). They use your family issues , tight of money , say pity of you , why can’t you live a better life etc.. its a trap , they are frouds, good liars and greedy of your money...
Theywill do anything to motivate you..all you can see there is a cover that attract you into trap like a carnivorous fly trap.
They will motivate you like a donkey chasing carrot??
