Its a Good chimney but its main problem is its not auto clean.so its very difficult to self clean.overall its design is very good but its glass is very weak.my sister already used it and I already post a broken glass picture of this chimney.i post this picture only for one reason and that is their customer service is very poor and till now y sister chimney is not been repaired.very costly but performence is very low.not good site for service and till now they dont able to upgrade their service system.
