I purchased a GLEN cooktop (4 burner) from one of their dealers in Delhi in October 2006. Just after using it for 3 days, its biggest burner, also known as Triple Ring Burner (TRB), stopped working. It got 2 dents on its surface due to heat. I called their customer care no. and registered my complaint. Their technician came to my place and had a look at it.
He said that the burner needs to be replaced; and he will come tomorrow with the new burner and will replace it. It seems his ’tomorrow’ hasn’t come till date. I called their customer care no. again BUT of no use. Inspite of calling them regularly for around 20 days, the only thing that I hear from them is "Sir, our technician will visit your place tomorrow."; this is one thing that has remained constant. Even today they say the same thing.
I don’t know how long will I have to wait to get my burner fixed. I think this is the worst service I have ever got from anyone. I will NEVER recommend GLEN appliances to anyone. PLEASE DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM GLEN. Their after sales service SUCKS!!
