I had clearly asked the Pai international CSR to suggest me on ISI marked cooktop only and was suggested Glen 1048 GT FBB cooktop and that too upon double check with Glen sales team. But when I received the product at home after 18 days of payment, was shocked to see that there is NO ISI mark on the cooktop are now they are stating that the said batch all cooktops are without ISI mark & need to adjust, .Even the chimney life time warrenty too am unable to register online and even after 7 days of regular followup there is no help from Glen team.
