Advice to all DO NOT BUY GLEN PRODUCTS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AFTER SALES SERVICE. Purchased Glen Cooktop 4 burner, complaint registered in August 2011, for gas leakage from alloy burners. The complaint is yet not resolved. The technician comes and assures that he will replace the burner but till date it is not done.
In spite of repeated follow ups absolutely disgusting after sales service.
Since, the product involves leakage of gas, in case of some casualty will the company bear the cost. It is risky to cook. There have been repeated calls from my end to the company. But they have displayed an absolutley callous attitude.
