Last month I bought a GLEN cooktop from one of their dealer in thanjavur . Soon after utilizing it for a week its greatest burner, quit working. It got many scratches on its surface because of heat. I called their service number what’s more, enlisted my complaint. Their technician came to my place and observed it. He said that the burner can be replaced; and he will come tomorrow with the new burner and will supplant it but he never showed up. I called their service number again but of no use. Inspite of calling them routinely for around 15 days, the main thing that I get notification from them is that their technician will come tomorrow .This is one thing that has stayed consistent. I think this is the most exceedingly bad customer service I have ever got from anybody. I will NEVER recommend GLEN apparatuses to anybody. Kindly DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM GLEN products
