I bought a GLEN cooktop burner from one of their dealers in coimbatore last month. Soon after utilizing it for a week, its greatest burner, quit working. It got 2 scratches on its surface because of heat. I called their customer service number what’s more, enlisted my complaint. Their technician came to my place and observed it. He said that the burner should be replaced; and he will come tomorrow with the new burner and will supplant it but he never showed up. I called their customer service number again but of no use. Inspite of calling them routinely for around 20 days, the main thing that I get notification from them is that their technician will come tomorrow .This is one thing that has stayed consistent. I don’t know to what extent will I need to hold up to get my burner altered. I think this is the most exceedingly bad customer service I have ever got from anybody. I will NEVER recommend GLEN apparatuses to anybody. Kindly DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM GLEN.
