I bought a glen food processor 4051 some 5 months back and regret it. the quality is soo bad. the blades were slightly rusted when I got it, and now it is fully rusted, . when I asked their service person he said that is normal! and the machine is like a toy. The main jars which is plastic is already broken ( just while trying to take it out not even fallen down) within barely 10 uses. I am not intertested in fighting for a refund though it is barely some 5 months since I bought it, as they will have 100 excuses, but I have learned my lesson not to believe Glen products in future.what is shown on tv through home shop 18 is just a magnified picture.
The atta kneader can knead dough sufficient to make just 3-4 chappatis. so you can imagine how many times you need to put it in the processor if you have a large family.their grinder cant grind finely, and the big jar can make shakes only upto 2 glasses or it starts spilling. I am sure no one would buy it if they see it on a shelf and that is why they are using home shop 18 to sell it. I have just thought that I have thrown my money in the bin, but I hope I can save someone elses money if they read this. please DO NOT buy Glen food processor if you dont want to waste your money.
