WORST, MISLEADING, CONFUSING, FOOLING, DISSAPPOINTING, DISGUSTING AND SHAMELESS services from glen home appliances.
Its VERY VERY DISGUSTING and DISSAPPOINTING from glen for not properly guiding the customer and making the availability of accessories of their products and home appliances.
Firstly to let you know that I am quiet puzzled to buy any of glen home appliances in future because firstly there is no proper services and availability of accessories from glen and secondly there are no glen accessories available in the market.
Secondly we have a home appliances bigger market in lohar chawl, Mumbai there too no glen accessories available, actually I am having a glen SA-4045BG mini mixer grinder I was looking for the polycarbonate jar 750 ml for the same but I was unable to get the the jar in that bigger market but in return they were criticising glen for not making available or providing the original accessories and plus they told me to throw the glen product and go for another local brands because each and every parts or accessories of the same were available.
For the same I called the Glen customercare number 926665xxxx a lady spoke to me and gave me another number of prakash kapare, Mumbai, when called twice he didnt answer but third time when called he answered and told me to send the images of the jar on his whatsapp number which was sent the very same instance and notified too. And he told me that he will check out in the godown and let me know but even after 24 hrs. later he didnt informed or called us.
Sorry to say due to lack of services and help shown by the glen home appliances customercare and service centre it is very difficult for any of us to prefer or use any of glen products or home appliances in future.
