I had been using Glister toothpaste since past 9-10 years religiously without changing the toothpaste even once. It has a mild taste and is not offensive or overpowering. It lathers well with a pea-sized amount. It is on the expensive side in comparison to other toothpastes.
Personally I thought it would help in keeping my teeth healthy, but even after using for a decade, I was getting tooth problems. So, I lost trust in this toothpaste and discarded it once and for all. Now I use only natural made toothpaste because chemicals harms our enamel and Glister has a ton of chemicals including fluoride that is harmful.
