On 15th April after insisting a lot, we went to their Thane office to hear the holiday offer. We did not find it appropriate to our requirement and hence took the free voucher back home( 7 days free stay at Goa/Kerala etc and 2 movie tickets valid for 3 months)
Well I’ve been emailing them since July but there is no reply over email.
When called the representative tells you somebody will reply on the email.
After being furious because when they give you false commitments you cannot keep following up, she informed me that the whole portal is down for the whole month of July and hence they cannot book the tickets neither reply.
I do not understand why this was not informed when called a day before or a week before.
I’m glad that I didn’t invest my hard earned money here
