I am writing once more about this fraud company. Mr.Pravin Kamble who sold us the membership is still working with the company(i was told he had left the company), but he does not come on calls, and when I ask for his number they say they cannot give the number and he will not speak. Means he only traps the customers and later on leaves on mercy.
They are providing services to selected members as I see from the reviews. Last month I had requested for GOA holidays, I mailed to them 30 days before check in date. Initially for some days the customer service at Thane office told me I will get the hotel options within a day, this went on for 15 days and after that I got a mail from customer service that they cannot provide me accomodation in May and I have to plan my holidays in June, because their portal is not working. How can this be, I think the portal was not working only for me. Now I have to plan my holidays according their dates, how can they be so rude in telling this. After this I called their customer service at Thane office, again the reply was the same portal is not working so I will not get the accomodations as requested. This is a utter lie which the management has told customer service to tell customers. These people do not even give numbers of senior personel in the company, it is only with the executives who pick up the call with whom we should talk.
They are making fool of the customers. I even came to know they are providing complimentary services to few selected members.
I want to raise a complain against this fraud company and get my money back, do we have a whtsapp group of members of this company. Collectively we can raise complain in consumer forum which will be more effectful.
