I am extremely disappointed their your service. I have cancelled my trip because of the poor service.
Here are my 4 points of contention:
Too many promises and no real hotel. The hotels offered were far below the 5 stars promised. Plus cleartip and makemytrip are offering better discounts and value for money;
Huge bureaucracy - I had to make repeated request, phone calls, the class were re-directed to Pune and Vashi office. No one is serious about the program and no one is keen to help the customer. The only purpose it to con people into paying the 90, 000/- amount and once that is done, all it sundry and forgotten;
My parents were not allowed time to take decision. My parents who have enrolled as members are both senior citizen. They feel cheated. The promise of a gift which turns out to be a 500/- rupees tea set is too poor. They were forced to pay the amount by debit card without even consulting anyone.
The company Global Connect then makes a legal contract on 100/- rupee bond paper. This is pure cheating. I am very disappointed with the attitude. If they are true in their promise, all they need to do is return the money and not make us wait and email in this manner.
- The operators have not even once bothered to inquire why our bookings failed. I asked for Lavasa, they said they have no tie up. I asked for better hotels in my recent trip and they refused saying the hotels are not on their list. It is like, there is a few cheap options available and we must opt for them.
Plus everytime you book, despite paying 90, 000/-, there is an additional charge of 8000/- per booking of a week. This is more expensive and time consuming than the online easier and better payment options.
