I also bought 5 years plan couple of days back. As usual verbal communication is not reflecting in agreement. In this respect I agree with all the reviews.
I asked to give the contract copy to read but they swiped my card saying they just wanted to check available credit limit in the mean time which is illegal because they debited entire amount before showing contract. This is fraud. Why they are in such a hurry to get money out of customers pocket. I checked with bank and my lawyer and they suggested me to file a complaint with local police.
I wrote an email to global connect customer care but no revert. I am assuming they are busy in replying lots of complaint which is obvious.
I am going to meet them in a day or two with all the reviews on various sites and if they fail to answer then will ask full refund. If they dont give it then no other proof is required to prove they are fraud. If they refund then they will earn some respect from me and hope for others.
If anyone can help me in how to get refund, that will be great. I am losing trust in this company now.
