I have worked with few companies big and small, But found globallogic to be a very Bad company with too many policies and processes that people get a impression of professionalism. But inside story is there is no work and no o job security so people are fighting to save their jobs and they will go any extent for this.
The managers are self serving and use the policies and flexibility for themselves wherever and whenever. Managers have their setting with other managers.and it is a particular group of managers who have responsibility for a project.
Just don’t join this company wherever it have come from it is going straight to shitty dump.
