I worked in global logic for some time after having good experience in other companies so I can compare based on my experience what is good and what is bad.
Cons:
Too much politics: Management is too much involve in politics and this percolate till the level of developer. Politics takes priority rest of all. So if you want to survive you need some godfather.
Zero weightage to appraisal: Politics is so much in place that appraisal ratings doesn’t matter at all. They carry no weightage. Looks this is only eyewash.
Job Security: People are asked to resign when there is no project this happens to every level. Even people who worked in organization for long time are now asked to leave as there is no work matching there profile.
Poor Work Culture: As politics is the prime work of management they don’t invest in work culture. Resources on project come @ 11:00 and leave @5:00, no one asking. This may looks cool but infact not so good when you go outside.
No process & Product: Although claiming as product company but it doesn’t has any product to its name.
Lack of exposure: There is very little exposure to good tools and technologies as the projects are not very big and work is not very challenging.
Non learning environment: There is no culture to learn and share knowledge. So no wonder people can become unemployable after enjoying there stay for few years.
Pros: If you don’t like to work and don’t care about your career, then its good for few years.
