Its bad company in the world. GlobalLogic is full of politics and no one can survive with out political touch with their srs. if you are star performer then no use of such bull s** company they just sees the personal relationship with the managers.. If you are a gal then you will be having chance to survive more that is what happens in GlobalLogic.
Managers are the main culprit in the company. They are the source of all such things because the next project allocation depends on the previous manager feedback. If you are not good with your previous manager you will not survive in the company because no project will be allotted to you.
The projects are allocated only on the positive review of the previous managers. They are all donkeys filled in the company. They don’t have management skills and hence they are failed in maximum projects in the company. They don’t get more projects from same company... projects those are having donkey work can only be continued with companies like GlobalLogic.
I request you all not to join the company because they don’t have sense to manage people. and will lay you off as soon as they complete the project. so please please don’t join such company.
The manager in the company are mentally sick and almost donkey and monkey. They don’t know what they are doing and even sr. management is also unknown of these things.
