I used their service to send goods to Europe (July 2012) from Hyderabad Office. These guys are big frauds, please don’t believe them!
they delayed by 2 months and did not prove clarity of information initially
They pay only for cargo that too the cheapest.
I had to pay around 60K INR, for clearance, handling & shipping of my good to my place
If you want to do business with them pay them money only after you have received your shipment at your destination/
