Got trapped with their high talks... finalised with them on moving all household goods to Chennai, and a Honda activa to Mumbai. The activa was collected fm Pune on a Sunday (Jul 12), promised that they’d deliver on the same day eve at Mum. Since the delivery didnt happen till Mon eve, changed the household packing to Agarwal, who promptly did the same on Tue.
Today, Jul 17, 6 days later... the Activa has still not reached Mum. On tue eve, Mum office said that the bike is in mum godown and delivery will be delayed as it was heavily raining. Wed, they promised delivery by eve. Today, the mum office says the bike has still not reached Mum fm Pune. Fm Pune office one Alok says he was on leave for past 3 days so does not know the status !!!
PL. DONT EVEN THINK OF GLOBAL IF U R MOVING... The customer service & staff courtesy is not even worth a star.
