We were moving from Mumbai to the Middle East. The Company send a representative to take an estimate cost of the service. He did not look very impressive as he did not have a glossy brochure or a visiting card like others. But as they had their headquarters in Bangalore, all the communication were directly passed to to the clients by the officer sitting there via mail or telephone. He was quick to respond to all the queries and a competitive quote.Two staff were send for packing, who did a good job.
They provided a list of all required documents in time and kept me updated during various stages of transfer. They also advised us on which things we must not carry with us as they may attract high customs duty. They delivered the goods in the tentative time indicated and were tidy in unpacking. I would highly recommend them for their professional and efficient services.
