I am given a signed quotation for shifting house hold articles, clearly mentioning that Loading included, and unloading also included. Yet he sends a hired vehicle without labours to unload. And imagine with a truck full of house hold items, you are left stranded without any help from the hired vehicle driver. Its all your headache.
Spotlight is, these guys are not professional enough to answer the calls amidst of such trouble. In simple they cheat.
I escalated this to Just dial for referring such cheap business folks in the market. From the complaints division, I was patched on a conference call with Mr. Prakash. He ignorantly proved his guilt to the executive on conference call and yet was arguing very stupid that it was a small mistake.
This guy thinks that he has made a business with profit, yet he is not realizing the fact that he is loosing his reputation in the market. I am damn sure Rs.2000 is not a big money either for me nor for him. Yet he chose to do a dirty business with me.
Be careful with these folks. I can use all dirty words to mention his dirty services that he provided and put me in hardships.
