Worst services and double charges

I had availed services of Gloove considering that this belongs to writer Group however am regretting now.

1) they took almost 9 days to ship my luggage from Mumbai to banglore.

2) prices charged is almost double but services is like local transporter.

3) damages observed in refrigerator, washing machine and shoe rack

4) Missing item

Above are my personal experience.

Dear sir,We regret the inconvenience caused, As per the glovve terms customer need to pay 10 % amount at the time of booking and 90% on the packing date, But there has been delayed payment process from your side we were unable to deliver on the commitment date as system and terms don't allow us, We can see in our system that amount INR 3800 is still pending from your end we request you to please pay.You have availed for the insurance claim, Once you made the remaining payment we will intimate the damage for the claim process with the proper resolution we will help you out.Regarding the missing product, we are finding in our warehouse request you to please provide us 4-5 days, Your move coordinator will update you regarding the missing product.RegardsGlovve team.
