Very bad non professional service

Firstly the guys could not find my Pune address said coming at 6 pm but turned out at 8 30 where no society allows it ... next day they came n packed n while taking it they ask u to give them money ( chai pani) next they say they will deliver by 12 next day but total confusion between their boss n them one moment they tell the customer coming st 5 pm boss says no tomo 10-11 am n then at night I get s call they r coming by 8 am total confusion n their boss after pickup argues for MD to pay full amount I said no trust in I guys do I’ll psy wen it arrives.... very curt in professional ppl... my consignment was to come Pune to Mumbai .. pathetic service

Sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.We had booked your move for 3rd January 2019 from Undri, Pune, Maharashtra, India to Mahim, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India which was supposed to be executed late in the evening for the 3rd slot of the day as it was booked the very same day.Usually, we need at least 24 hours to plan an intercity move. However, as your move was booked for the same day, all our partners were busy with their allotted jobs and we were waiting for them to get free and hence, the delay in picking up your shipments. In addition to this, there was a NO Entry restriction for trucks in your society which led to further delay and hence, the pickup had to be postponed to the next day.We apologize on behalf of our Partner who asked you for extra money (for chai paani) and we have taken up this matter strongly with them as it is strictly against our policy for Partners to have any unauthorized financial transactions with the customer.We accept that the service level for this Move was not as per Glovve standards due to the delay and damages and you did not experience a “Tension Free” Move which is our motto. Though we cannot compensate enough for the bad service, we are completely waving off the cost of the Move for you. This Move is now FREE of cost for you.We thank you for your honest feedback and hope that you give us a chance to provide service to you again so that we can make up for the bad experience that you have had. In order to do that we are also offering you a 50% discount on your next MOVE whenever you move next.
