As I am desktop support engineer, feel that gmail is so reliable and easy handle for newer and less knowledge about IT.From me as experience, I can tell many of client user and me also is satisfied to access gmail, cause it’s privacy security and recover password policy is best.Most of that attractive part is it’s auto synchronous mode that any where can fully access own ID from any device, like android phone etc. but it’s security process after check properly otherwise it’s block access device if not match.
