This application is extremely helpful for formal conversion, as it is considered as official mode of conveying message and literally their services and liabilities have proven this website and application so capable as they maintain the confidential messages private by providing enough security. Hence the concept of the application is just to send message to any other person through electronic mail and the features available make this idea much useful like the use cc, bcc that is used to send the message to the person by maintaining the privacy of hiding the recipients from each other.
Layout and Design is quite simple, any one can easily access it just requires some what previous knowledge to access and write mails. Here user can avail following features like:
Categories all the mails as archived, read, trash, spam and many
User can send mails with attachments but the limit of the attachment size is 25 MB.
User can create groups here.
One can visit the sent mail, trash even if you deleted the mail from inbox it doesn’t gets permanently deleted the mails goes into the trash.
I’m using it since 5 years the google goes on updating and providing best services. It is quit useful.
