Poor scheduling and passenger service.

I flew with this airlines from Lucknow to Mumbai and back in the month of Dec-2017. I had an unsatisfying experience which I would like to share with you all. At check-in counter as I got there airline staff suddenly left her seat leaving the whole queue stranded. She came back after 10 Minutes after passengers started raising voices. In cabin crew staff were not helping passengers in accommodating their cabin baggage. As it is a low fare airline, I didn’t expected good seating space in economy class, but seating space was very less even in business class also. The flight got rescheduled and postponed by 2 Hrs. Luckily I didn’t had and important appointments else I would have missed it. I will suggest to go for other airline services if available.
