GO air has come to GO BACK!

First of MR. Wadia, a low frill airline doesnot mean LOW service. Well Where Mumbai - JAipur tickets were supposed to be FREE I paid 4500 (Approx) 10 mins after bookings were open. Nevermind. My flight to Jaipur was delayed by an hour and a half. Then we were made to sit in the aircraft for 40 mins just like that without any water (available only on request). Also they have new Airbus 320’s which is good however the seats are so cramped up that even someone who is 5’’3 would feel uncomfortable. Also there are no Air sickeness bags, the ground staff was trying to be extra polite however turned out to be highly ’’artificial’’. Basically Pathetic service.

On the way back the flight was again delayed by 45 mins. Also, this time the flight attendant was making announcements by reading from a book. SO all those people who have done secondary school and can read english fluently and desire to become airhostesses or Stewards you know which airline to seek a job in. Also a I heard one of the staff members recommending KIngfisher Airlines to someone for Mumbai - Goa sector. On landing the announcements were made in broken english and hindi by a junior attendant as if the first person to get hold of the mic gets to announce. She said ’’ Abh hum mumbai Pahuch gaye hain’’ it made me feel as if I was travelling via GO RAIL and not GO AIR.

Mr. Wadia as your airline has just started I think we can forgive you but however in this compitent market you need to pull your Socks! (You have to compete with airlines like KINGFISHER and PARAMOUNT which offer business class facilities at same fares).

BEST OF LUCK
