I booked my flight from Delhi to Lucknow to attend a friend’s wedding 2 months in advance and today, one day before travel, they send me an sms telling me my flight’s been cancelled.
There’s a helpline no. in the sms, which I have been calling for the last 7 hours, without getting a response. Last couple of times, I kept waiting for half an hour, waiting for a "Customer care executive" to "attend" me .... but no one ever did.
I also called their airport number and no one picked that either. So here I am, with an sms that tells me that my flight’s cancelled, that I should call them to reschedule the flight, and with no one picking up the call in any of the numbers and I’m scheduled to travel in 24 hrs.
What do I say never book Go air folks. If you really want to "Go" anywhere.
