I am a regular user of its service from last five years. But recently I used it service for my Delhi to Kolkata flight and I felt the crew members were not able to deliver the quality service when it was more needed. Our flight was rescheduled by one hour and there was so much rush among fellow passnegers, after on boarding passengers started asking for water and the entire crew was busy in selling their stuffs and finally when they started serving they were over with food stuffs. I didn’t like the idea of serving 2-3 sips of water in a small glass when it can’t fulfill the purpose, it would have been better to give atleast a small bottle when flight gets delays. I feel there is so much scope of improvement in these low cost airline services.
