Its not a very good airline but you can say good in lcc category. First time I was traveled with GoAir. If I talk about check in counter, I alredy done web checkin through online so that time I was no need to take healp to counter servises. Lets talk about timing. This airline is always operating on time but some time due to bad wether it has operate delay. Airhostes servise was good. And seats are very comfertable. but some rules are not good in this airline like cancellation charge always 2225 inr. Wether you booked in special fare are normel. In lcc carrier airline this airline have bussiness class seats. So finaly I would like to say it is good not a best.
