Had a very bad experience of fraud & cheating from this airline. Had booked a ticket for G8-345 from Kochi to Delhi on Sept 25th. The booking was done on Sept 3rd at the lowest rates. On Sept 23rd their customer care contacts us to say the flight is cancelled. We panic & call their CC number 1800222111 multiple times & they confirm that the flight indeed is cancelled.
I am offered the initial days amount as refund or another ticket on the previous day. Had to re-plan everything as I had to be there at Delhi for connecting flight to Finland. I came to know that the flight was never cancelled, but it was a cheat on their part to free up tickets on 25th to sell off for a higher rates. I have filed for consumer grievance addressable. Please refrain from using Go Air.
