I tried on 04.10. 2006 morning to book a ticket from Mumbai to Chennai through Goair web. Though there are two filghts a day, it shows always that "no flight is available on the select date", even when you change the dates. Contact us numbers are not responding. The toll free no. starts with 1800 is continuously asking to press 1, 2 or 3 etc and finally says send SMS to 3636 and somone from Goair will contact. Failure messages comes for SMS that "could not be sent". Then filled up feedback form and on sending a message comes "error occured, could not be sent". Called up their Anderi, Mumbai Office but was kept on hold for longer time and finally they took my mobile number. Even after five hours none contacted me. Sent email to one Ms Pratiba and Ms Venisha. Auto reply from Ms Pratiba came as she is one leave Ms Venisha will look after. In the evening a message came from Ms Venisha stating that she had forwarded the message to feedback. How funny. If this is your state of affair definetly Goair will GO OUT OF MARKET. CEO and other stake holders change the culture and attitude or else the company will perish.
